This is a maiden edition of JCIN Entrepreneur Challenge. The primary objective is to fulfil Sustainable Development Goal 8; Decent work and Economic growth.

JCIN Entrepreneur Challenge is a program developed in collaboration with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a global accountants body with Headquarters in London.

The program is targeting individuals and businesses that can create economic prosperity, generating employment and adding value to customers.

According to National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the level of unemployment increased from 10.8% in 4th quarter of 2015 to 13.1% in 1st quarter of 2016. The increase in unemployment is connected to the economic hardship brought about by the glut in the global oil market. Nigeria, as a mono-economy with over reliance on revenue from crude oil, requires diversification of its economy by developing MSME to create more jobs.

JCIN Entrepreneur Challenge is created to promote Sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
JCI Nigeria believes it is not beyond the youth to create sustainable path of employment to aid economic growth and development in Nigeria.

This Entrepreneurship Challenge is opened to every qualified Nigerian Youths; Members and non- Members. So you can invite your friends to participate.
It closes on the 30th August, 2016
